A Non-Profit Community Child Care Center

The Kid Project is open from 5:30 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. Monday through Friday. The center is closed on the following Holidays:

• New Year’s Day (day observed)

• Good Friday

• Memorial Day

• Fourth of July (day observed)

• Labor Day

• Thanksgiving Day,

• Day after Thanksgiving

• Christmas Eve

• Christmas(day observed)

• Days that may have less than 30 children scheduled the center will not open ex: the day after Christmas. You will be informed of this in advance.

Schedules:
We will need to know your plans regarding child care hours so that we can have staff scheduled. Schedule sheets must be filled out for each child and turned in by 6:00 P.M. on Wednesday for the upcoming week’s hours. If no new schedule is turned in, the previous week’s schedule will be used and billed for. All hours that are scheduled will be billed for.

Vacation Days:
Each child enrolled is allowed a number of vacation days. The amount of vacation days you are allotted are as follows: 5 days per child for full time and 2 days per child for part time.  Unused days are not carried over.

Drop Off & Pick Up:
Please always bring your child into the center and into a classroom that has a teacher in it. During arrival and departure times that you will record the times for billing purposes. There is a finger scan time clock on the wall next to the office window which is used for checking your child/children in and out of the center. There is a keypad outside of the front entrance that will allow entry into the building.​
